BOBI Return and Refund Policy At BOBI, due to the hygienic nature  of our beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

However, in the rare case of damage during transit, we will offer a replacement no refund. To process this, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

The package being opened.

The damaged product(s).
